Register for Classes

We’re so glad you’ve decided to register your child for classes at Melody & Motion!

Please fill out the form below with your contact information along with the type of class your child would like to take. Some classes are offered a few times during the week, and you will be able to indicate which day and time work best for you. A member of our staff will contact you to complete your registration, answer your questions, and make sure your child is ready for their first day of dance!
